Anegada has a low elevation and should only be approached in good conditions and the sun must be behind you as you enter the coral reef. Steer a course of 005° magnetic (2006), from Mosquito Rock towards Pomato Point. There is a slight current setting WNW. You will first sight trees, then boats, then land. Do not deviate from your course until you identify the channel bouys at the entrance. POTTER'S BY THE SEA has brightly coloured pink, yellow and green roof tops to help guide you in. Once you pass through the channel entrance markers, you will steer a course of 075° magnetic until you round the last green can in to the anchorage. Avoid the reef off the commercial dock. This is a farily shallow draft anchorage, although near the commercial dock the average depth is 12'.
